XD Speaking of older sister, about the book reco, there were 2 separate moments in my life recently where people I look up to as wiser, older sisters, on separate occasions where I ended up sharing my vulnerabilities with them, recommended the book "The Gifts of Imperfection" to me by Brené Brown and I'm only starting to read it now, and so far I can see why they thought it might help. <3
I get what you mean about turning Envy into Inspiration or Motivation! It's almost effortless to jump into the habit of comparison but then we have to remember that we are all different in many ways.
